Here's where it gets controversial: The way that a microbe grows - literally what form it takes on, is controlled by the environment where it is growing. This means that the pH, temperature, electrical charge potential, etc. will literally determine whether a bacterial, fungal, viral, or other form will grow.
Rife used this understanding and his remarkable microscope to figure out that each 'species' of microbe has a signature vibrational frequency.
